embrace

We're embracing the camera today...  a little picture from an impromptu lunch with the grandparents. I realize that they don't make their way into many of our everyday photos, but really, they are a huge part of our everyday right now. And I want to see evidence of that as we flip through our photos books years down the road... so I'm determined to capture it more. 

We live about 20ft away from my in laws. 

Yes, it's a little crazy at times. 

And no, I never imagined we would be here. 

But sometimes the unexpected turns out to be a real blessing in disguise. 

I think our kids would attest to that.

I know it won't be like this forever... I think it's important to soak up each stage in your life for what it is. 

and I think this might be the big-extended-family-all-living-super-close phase in our lives.

it's not that bad really!
