I'm feeling really uncreative with the kids' lunches these days. They all seem to be going through changes in terms of what they like and honestly, it can be frustrating! One day they all love grapes, then next none of them will touch them... what's up with that?!
We're not really strict with forcing them to eat things they don't like, but I do expect them to finish the food we make for them. As long as they like a variety of healthy foods from each food group I'm happy to fix them things they like...for instance, Henry loves broccoli (always has!) but the girls don't so I might steam broccoli for him and I and carrots for the girls and papa. But lately they've all been a little picky so I've just been sticking with old favorites!
