This is our go-to green smoothie recipe at the moment. I try to make one every day and the kids love it... sometimes they take one to their grandpa and laugh because "he doesn't know there's spinach in it." kids! This is super easy to make if you prep ahead of time and have everything washed and chopped. I've even frozen the spinach and kale if I happen to have a ton of it on hand and it works great. Plus, if we drink one of these I don't feel so bad if lunch ends up being a baguette and a slice of cheese!
GREEN SMOOTHIE
serves 3
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 cup raw kale, chopped
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana (or 2 if you like it sweeter)
1 cup mango, peeled cut & frozen
1 cup papaya, peeled cut & frozen
2 cups carrot juice
Blend and enjoy!
this looks delicious! Definitely going to have to try it sometime soon!

I recently posted our recipe too! We use male, spinach, frozen blueberries, a frozen banana, fat free plain Greek yogurt, water, and a Orange juice. Where do you find carrot juice or do you juice it yourself?
