my absolute favorite kinds of cards to give out on holidays are photo cards. i think it's great to give something personal and it's always fun to get creative with our pictures! this year we did a homemade photo booth for our valentines and i think they turned out so cute. this is a pretty easy set up too!
first, naomi and i cut a bunch of little hearts out of mini origami paper and taped them to a section of white wall that gets good natural light:
of course, we had outtakes...
but we narrowed it down to four favorites of each person and arranged them in frames using the picframe app, also on my phone. i loaded them into a word document on the computer to arrange them to look like photo strips you would get from a booth. then printed on cardstock (i was out of photo paper), cut them out, and voila! photo strip valentines.
they're so cute, i think i'll leave them up on my wall for a bit!
