I'm always looking for more quiet time activities to keep on hand for our little ones and lacing or stringing projects seem to be a favorite. This week, I put together a new little wooden bead stringing activity for the kids. It is so simple and easy to make! The little girls especially love to pull this out and sit and string on all the beads together. To make this activity, you just need some wooden beads (20mm is a good size, I used these but these colorful beads would be good too), string (I used this parachute cord), and a little bag to pack them up in, I just used a little muslin drawstring bag. Cut your string twice the length of all the beads and tie a double knot in one end before handing it over to the little ones to start stringing.
